In 2010, our story began with an abandoned old building that had been neglected for 25 years. The building was surrounded by overgrown vegetation that blocked the entrance.

However, we didn't let that stop us. We carefully planned the construction process step by step, with the goal of transforming the building into a habitable space that could host guests from all around the world.

Step 1 :
We cleared the surrounding jungle and installed new indoor and outdoor water and electrical infrastructure.

We worked on developing the landscape around the building and preparing the front yard

We covered the building with stones and built the main gate from scratch
FINISH :
After a major overhaul, we decided to name the building in memory of our beloved grandfather, Aharon Anatyan.
